The problem is when I try to open a game, the game screen is at the bottom right corner of my monitor and it is some kind of glitchy. But when I check my FPS and Speed, it was doing fine. It was in full speed and the audio is working properly. What should I do?

In order for us to provide better support, we need to see the log generated by Citra. This guide will walk you through how you can obtain the log file: How to Upload the Log File.
You also need to upload your log, follow the bot instructions.
To have a useful log you need to open citra, launch the game, reproduce the issue, close citra and don’t open again at this point, open the folder
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Citra\log and upload the citra_log.txt again.
Okay thanks. But do you have any idea why this happens?
Your log isn’t uself if you don’t follow my last comment properly, it won’t include crash information.
however my guess is that your GPU driver is outdated, download and install the latest.
