Game Speed Stuck At 80% Past Native Resolution

While running a game on citra, I ran into a very peculiar problem. If I had the game at native resolution, it ran perfectly fine. However, and resolution above that, whether it be 2x or 10x, was stuck at 80%. I checked my task manager and saw that even on 10x resolution I was only using 40% of my cpu and ram.

Check if you don’t have other processes open on the task manager hogging your CPU or GPU.
also update your GPU drivers.

I checked and my drivers are up to date. Also I had no other apps running besides ds4 windows which doesn’t use much power.

Your log says that you are using driver 399.24, which is about 5 months old now. also disable the 3D feature on MHX options if you haven’t already, it should improve performance.

The latest driver is 417.71. Get the latest from Nvidia’s website:

I can clearly see you haven’t turned off the 3D feature from the main options yet. Go back to the title screen to change it. It will also get rid of the “blur” so you will have clearer picture.
