After starting up the game normally for several days one morning I tried to open it and my computer froze. After restarting the game could not be opened anymore.

It doesn’t look like you started a game. The log gets cleared every time you open Citra. Have the log folder open in the background first, then try start the game and when Citra closes, immediately upload a new log here.

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.

Yeah that looks a bit better, I will have to guess that you will need to do this:

  1. File->Open Citra Folder
  2. Open shaders folder then delete the opengl folder
  3. Emulation->Configure... then click on Graphics on the left
  4. Click on the Advanced tab and turn on Accurate Multiplication

The Disk Shader Cache currently has a bug when Accurate Multiplication is turned off causing it to load all shaders slowly from zero every time you start the game and makes the precompiled cache extrememly large + the RAM usage skyrockets until you crash.

Thank you so much, this worked perfectly!
I thought I lost it forever after restarting during the loading of the game.
