Game wont work, im confused

Issue:
im new to this computer stuff so idk how this stuff works. i’m trying to play pokemon moon but everytime i click to play it tells me “a fatal error has occurred” and the screen is just black it also sends me a link to a site to help but i don’t understand instructions helppp
