Fatal Error when booting up MHXX
MHXX will immediately go to fatal error, i downloaded my friend’s file which works for him but not for me somehow

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.
Congrats the faw has literally nothing on "system configuration blocks"doesn’t even contain the word “corrupted” bad bot go to your room. you’re useless.
Search for config block in the FAQ, it’s definitely there.
I will give you the benefit of the doubt that you mean the save file, if it wasn’t then it would be piracy which is illegal.
No, just the game itself. It worked for my friend but not me. It’s not piracy I own MHgen
Where would i find that file?
I plan on getting MHXX but switches are sold out everywhere.
Well MHXX is also on 3DS, you wouldn’t be able to use the Switch version on Citra 
As it says in the FAQ, it is found here (see the filepath):
XX was only in Japan. The rest of the world got GU.
Also I deleted that file and tried it again. Immediately crashed and then the config file just reappeared.
Yeah the config file will reappear but it shouldn’t be corrupted anymore, upload a new log file.
Yes, I know MHXX is only in Japan (I have it myself) and that MHGU is only on Switch. But you mentioned MHXX in your original post, perhaps you really meant MHGen since that is what you replied with “I own MHGen”. MHGU doesn’t work on Citra but it might be working on Yuzu (Switch emulator) in the near future.

I’m gonna buy GU once i get a switch but my friend really wants me to play XX with him. They are effectively the same game.

You need to close Citra first before deleting that config file.

This happens when you delete the file while Citra is still running.
Yeah, but then you need to own MHXX yourself. Downloading your friend’s copy of the game is piracy.
