My Citra doesn’t use GPU at all. When I check “enable hardware shader” FPS drop by 5-7. Did Citra doesn’t support amd GPU?
In order for us to provide better support, we need to see the log generated by Citra. This guide will walk you through how you can obtain the log file: How to Upload the Log File.
There are a couple of issues with AMD GPUs, which mostly happens on certain games where enabling ‘Enable Hardware Shader’ is slower and/or buggy.
Low GPU usage is not really an issue but rather the fact that citra is not GPU demanding. even low end hardware presents low gpu usage while greatly benefiting from GPU acceleration.
that also depends on the OS (i.e windows/linux). and if on linux, the driver also makes a difference (i.e: proprietary/open-source).
