This is a known issue, as suggested there nightly-1144 should work just fine.

#4

I downloaded that version but now its telling me “Citra-qt cannot be opened”. Is there any specific steps I missed in downloading it?

#5

Did you download the citra-osx-20181206-edbdbf0.7z file?

#6

I downloaded both that and the tar.gz. file. Any specific instructions I am missing besides just downloading them

#7

If I download the autodetected platform one it downloads a file called “Citra-setup-mac.dmg” but if I download the version that you suggested it only downloads a zipped file.

#8

run it through the terminal and catch any error messages.

#9

how do I do that???

#10

open a terminal, navigate to the citra folder (google it if you don’t know how), and open citra.qt /.citra-qt
