Issue: Launching any game in Citra results in nothing but a grey screen for the first 5min or so. I have tried disabling the hardware shader with no results. Interestingly enough, without adjusting any settings, the game appeared normally after leaving the Citra window open for about 5-10min (only produced this result once. After that, it remained grey for longer than I kept the window open).

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.
- Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.
There is a bug on macOS where you need to resize the window or toggle fullscreen, try that.
Thank you! That did work. Unfortunately there are some serious buggy textures with the game, but it will at least start now.
That would be because Citra doesn’t officially support the new M1 Macs. The fact that they work at all on our current MacOS builds is a coincidence.
Are there any plans to officially support the M1 Macs in the future?
I’m not aware of such plans currently.
I would say unlikely because Apple has deprecated OpenGL.
