Hardware Shader doesn't work on Dai Gyakuten Saiban - Naruhodou Ryuunosuke no Bouken

If the Hardware Shader is enabled when entering the trial in chapter 3 the displays will freeze, but the game will still run, and you can still interact with the touch screen. If enabled during the trial the display will also freeze to whatever image is currently displayed in game. Disabling the hardware shader after entering the trial has no effect and the displays stay frozen

You can try installing the latest driver available for your GPU, download from the intel’s website. that may not work, iGPUs can present such issues on citra, disable ‘Enable Hardware Shader’ before launching the game.
