Hefty stuttering

Issue:
I’m getting some hefty stuttering on SoS TOT despite having pretty good specs (in my opinion), any way to fix this?

Audio_Emulation: LLE
^ LLE audio is only for debugging purposes, not actual use. Set that back to HLE (fast) instead please.
