Help for how to check the log

Ok but the crash happens outside of any game launching. Just opening Citra without the controller on causes it to close immediately. It opens correctly upon relaunching though. Just a minute

I did not find anything wrong in your log file. Please wait for a moderator to assist.

The log file does indeed say somthing about that. Try launching Citra as an administrator (right click citra-qt.exe). See if the same thing occurs.

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.
  • The CPU Clock percentage is not 100%. You may experience unexpected game speed.
  • You have cheats enabled. This might cause weird behaviour or crashes. Please disable them and retest if your game is experiencing bugs or crashes.

citra_log.txt (181.7 KB)

Set the CPU Clock Speed back to 100% in Emulation>Configuration>System

Disable your cheats, then restart Citra (important otherwise they remain active). Now try your game again.
