I know this is a dumb question but what is game id?

In order for us to provide better support, we need to see the log generated by Citra. This guide will walk you through how you can obtain the log file: How to Upload the Log File.

The game ID is essentially a number, which identifies the game for your specific region.
You can find the id of the game for your region online on sites like http://www.3dsdb.com/.

Sorry for a late reply.
Can I please know about how I can get to know about what my game id is. As, you see, I don’t seem to find it anywhere.

Okay. To find the game ID for a specific game, just open the “Cheats…” option in the “Emulator” menu of Citra. In the upper left corner of the cheats window it should display the game ID.
