Help me! Citra has stopped working When Loading Dragon Quest 7

I am currently playing Dragon Quest 7. I had more than 40 hours of gameplay.
When suddenly the game stopped working. The Emulator is no longer working.

Try disabling the Disk Shader Cache in Emulation>Configuration>Graphics>Advanced Tab.
