Upload your log file as an attachment by dragging & dropping.

In order for us to provide better support, we need to see the log generated by Citra. This guide will walk you through how you can obtain the log file: How to Upload the Log File.
Open citra, go to Emulation > Configure > Web and input your forum username and your token, which can be found here.
afterwards, click on ‘Verify’, a green icon will appear indicating success if your credentials are correct. you may need to re-open citra to work.
