HELP ME pls I cant download citra

I am continue dowload citra but something wrong: cannot retrieve remote tree
I am still connect to my wifi and everything is ok, I can watch youtube and do online thing.HELP

System Information

  • Operating System: Window 10
  • CPU: core i7 8cpu
  • GPU: IDK but ok to download
  • Citra Version (found in title bar): not download yet
  • Game: nothing

This is usually caused by a bad connection with the GIT service or something, try to reinstall the citra installer and try to launch it again.

(i found this by looking at another post on citra. i had the same problem when i installed citra)

Try using a VPN or wait until you can access GitHub (which is where the remote tree is).
