Build 20.19.15.4835

This driver is outdated, you need to update.

Download win64_15.40.44.5107.zip from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/29313/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-40-?product=77486
direct link: https://downloadmirror.intel.com/29313/a08/win64_15.40.44.5107.zip

then follow this guide to install it: https://www.howtogeek.com/343287/how-to-fix-the-driver-being-installed-is-not-validated-for-this-computer-on-intel-computers/

You might need to activate Accurate Multiplication and/or disable Hardware Shader since the Intel HD 4400 is a problematic GPU. In some cases it needed the “AMD hack” for some games which was last seen on Intel GPUs on Nightly-860, which you can try below and check if 861 doesn’t work but 860 does:
https://github.com/citra-emu/citra-nightly/releases/tag/nightly-860
https://github.com/citra-emu/citra-nightly/releases/tag/nightly-861

Lucky for you, you have a desktop CPU(i3-4150) so you can buy a graphics card(get Nvidia because it has better drivers for OpenGL on Windows which Citra uses).

Thank you so much. It’s working now. God bless
