[help) Transfer save game from citra to 3ds

I’ve been playing The legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time 3ds on citra (almost completed campaign) and now I wanted to continue on my 3ds.
I’ve tried to inject my citra save with checkpoint but when I start the game I get an error.
I’ve noticed that the save file isn’t a “main” data file, there are two save files save00.bin and system.dat .
I don´t know if I can convert it to a “main” data file. What should I do?
