Are you sure you allowed your Citra to crash before uploading the log file? The log file seems to indicate that it was closed manually though I may be wrong. Just to be sure, could you please follow these steps again:

  1. Open Citra, then go to File>Open Citra Folder (Citra>Open Citra Folder if on MacOS) and open up the log folder. Now keep that open in the background.
  2. Launch your game and encounter the problem; crash/slowdown/glitch and close citra if it doesn’t do so by itself. Do not restart citra as that will wipe the log of important information!
  3. Now upload the log file in this chat.

Okay let me try again, sorry, it’s just that it stops in that point and it crashes after a minute or two😢

GPU Driver Version: 24.20.100.6025

This driver is outdated, you need to update.

Download win64_25.20.100.6373.zip from: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28289/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10
direct link: https://downloadmirror.intel.com/28289/a08/win64_25.20.100.6373.zip

then follow this guide to install it: https://www.howtogeek.com/343287/how-to-fix-the-driver-being-installed-is-not-validated-for-this-computer-on-intel-computers/

After you have installed 6373, download and install igfx_win10_100.9466.exe from: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/30381/Intel-Graphics-Windows-10-DCH-Drivers
