Hey guys so i have this problem in playing pokemon ultramoon it says the sd card is not recognized pls help me

In order for us to provide better support, we need to see the log generated by Citra. This guide will walk you through how you can obtain the log file: How to Upload the Log File.

Right click on it on the game list and ‘Open Save Data Location’. this will open the save file location, look at the folder path, go up to to folder 00040000, the folder you came from is the entire folder that holds the save file, move this folder else where. re-open citra and see if that fixes the issue.

Have the same problem, tried what you said, “SD card not detected”… God it hurts to have such luck

Oh and btw im now oficially trapped

that is usually due to a corrupted save game/update, do was i mentioned above and delete/move your save game before launching your game. you may have to do the same for your update, if any.

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • You are running out of date drivers for your GPU. You need to install the most recent driver for your graphics card from NVIDIA’s website. https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx
  • Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.

this actually works but you move out of your folder close it re start the game close the game and put it back in the same folder
