HOME menu is bugged

Issue:
When playing MK7 and I press HOME to get to the menu, the image of the top screen from when I pressed HOME, is bugged, and when returning to th game, the sound has problems. And when I am in a folder, things are weird, sometimes it shows a black thing on half of the touch screen, sometimes it duplicates the first half to the other side.
