Hosting LAN Games on Starlink

Hello! I am trying to host a LAN game on my home network for my upcoming graduation party. I have managed to get my server to show up in the public server listing, but was unable to connect to it on either a Steam Deck or the PC I was hosting on. I know I have to set up port forwarding, but that’s where an issue arises…

Starlink doesn’t allow for port forwarding.

I have tried using ngrok to open the port in my host.bat file with no success. So, is there any way I can join a LAN game without port-forwarding or the server browser? I was hoping to run a full 12-player MK8D Yuzu LAN party, but having 4 players and 8 NPCs would probably also be fine, if nothing else.

Additional info:
Yuzu version: 1458
Hosting system specs:
CPU: Ryzen 5600X
GPU: 3060ti
RAM: 16gb, 2667mhz
OS: Win11

In order for us to provide better support, we need to see the log generated by yuzu. This guide will walk you through how you can obtain the log file: Getting Log Files - yuzu

yuzu_log.txt.old.txt (465.0 KB)

you don’t even need to join a yuzu server room for lan play. Just set network adapter in all yuzu clients and launch game load into mk8d lan play mode. The lobbies will be visible over your LAN.
