How can I improve fps/frame rate/graphics in Mario Kart 7?

Issue:
Hello, I’ve just installed Citra, both canary and nightly. Not sure which to use. Playing Mario Kart 7, and I want to increase FPS, framerate, and graphics quality/resolution. I’ve tampered with some settings but I wanted to know what the best settings would be, and if there is anything else I can do to improve it.

Also, if anyone has a good MK7 keyboard/mouse config, feel free to share it with me

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

You are using open source system files for Mii data. This will appear as your Mii having broken graphics, but will not affect the stability of the game. Turn off Texture Dumping in the graphics settings in Citra configuration and delete the dump folder as you probably have thousands of files in there now. You can access the folder by File -> Open Citra Folder.
