How can I play Luigi's Mansion 3DS Remake Co-op?

I’m on 1374, I update to the latest all the time. When I pick the “Play Co-op” it says something about “need to be one the latest update to play download/local plays” I need help.citra_log.txt (6.6 KB)

“Download Play” isn’t implemented in Citra so multiplayer for this game doesn’t work yet. Same with Mario Kart 7.
