How Do I Fix AMD and OpenGL to stop Tomodachi Lifer from lagging?

Due to slowdowns, the game constantly varies in speed. Sometimes it can be very fast, but sometimes it can be very slow. It really bugs me.

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • Due to AMD’s poorly optimized OpenGL driver, you may experience slowdowns.

HOW do I FIX it? How do I optimize AMD’s OpenGL drive so it can actually run smoothly? If I can’t then why did you say the same thing TWICE? I asked about it yesterday and you made the same excuse.

PLEASE just tell me how to fix it. (Sorry about the saltiness, just wanted to show how annoyed I am.)

You’re being salty at a bot. It just reads your log file and tells you about common issues.

Regardless, AMD’s OpenGL drivers on Windows being crap is not something you can fix. That’s up to AMD to fix and that doesn’t look like its ever going to happen. Running Linux instead of Windows would net you around 3x more performance as the OpenGL drivers are better there, but we don’t recommend that for inexperienced users.

Also, please keep in mind that your AMD Athlon Silver 3050e is below our minimum required specs for single thread rating, your CPU has around 1500, whilst recommended is around 1800. So performance not being perfect is to be expected.
