In order for us to provide better support, we need to see the log generated by citra. This guide will walk you through how you can obtain the log file: How to Upload the Log File
Creating a portable build involves downloading a manual build of Citra (left side in the screenshot), and then manually creating a folder called user in the same directory as that manual build’s citra-qt.exe. Once you’ve done that, this Citra version is now a portable build, and it’ll store all of Citra’s normal user folders (right side of the screenshot) in there instead now.
