How to Evolve Inkay in Pokemon Y using citra?

Please help. I’m clearly new here. Can someone hlep me how to evolve Inkay to Malamar?

System Information

  • Operating System: Windows 10 Enterprise
  • CPU: Intel® Celeron® J1900 @1.99 GHz 1.99GHz
  • GPU: OS Build 14393.351 64-bit operating system, x64-baed operator
  • Citra Version (found in title bar): 1611
  • Game: Pokemon Y

Just right click and hold on the bottom of the touch screen and move to the top while still holding the right mouse button until Inkay level up. It’s quite a tricky, so save before level up and try again, in case it didn’t work on the first try…
