To load the log file, you need to run the game up to the point where you encounter the error you are experiencing. Once you encounter the error, you can open the log file from Emulation → Configure → General → Debug to access your log file.
After that, you can edit your post to include your system information, issue and the log file so that @CitraBot can find the error. If you are still confused, the link below leads to a post on How to upload the log file
