Help Moving The Appdata Citra File:
This is my first post so im a bit confused here but I was wondering if I could move the appdata or roaming file of citra to another disk just like yuzu

Not exactly. You can set up a portable Citra version to achieve the same goal though.

Extract it using Winrar or 7zip. Put the extracted folder on any drive you want to store Citra’s appdata/roaming/citra data. Inside the extracted nightly-mingw folder, create a folder called user. Now run citra-qt.exe from the nightly-mingw folder and run your game.
This should have Citra create the folders it would normally create in it’s roaming folder, inside that user folder instead.
