How to Optimize my Laptop for No Frame Stutter

Issue:
I’d like to run games such as Kirby Triple Deluxe and Planet Robobot, but my laptop I feel doesn’t have the best specs. my laptop specs at the bottom. How can i optimize my laptop to run with frame-rate stutter/lag given my laptop limitations?
