Okay, obviously I’m trying to make a Citra room and I’m not a licensed technician nor is Google even helping me out. I’ve got Verizon and I’m on the Port Forwarding page, should I use the “Custom Ports,” tab and simply add it in like this? Or do I need to configure anything beforehand?
In order for us to provide better support, we need to see the log generated by Citra. This guide will walk you through how you can obtain the log file: How to Upload the Log File.
Nothing still wants to work, I followed a video on what to do and it looked like it was going to function. Yet, when my friends try to connect to it, they get this messge ;
“Unable to connect to the host. Verify that the connection settings are correct. If you still cannot connect, contact the room host and verify that the host is properly configured with the external port forwarded.”
Fixed it. All you need to do is configure your Firewall for Citra and giving it permission to connect to the Public on both devices.
