In order for us to provide better support, we need to see the log generated by citra. This guide will walk you through how you can obtain the log file: How to Upload the Log File
I’m unsure of what you’re referring to by “line”. Could you elaborate?
I don’t think I was very specific, my apologies. what I was referring to was the transparent middle lines of the characters
I was looking for how to remove it and tried with cheats and textures but nothing solved it. if you know how to remove those lines around the characters and pokemons it would be a great help
Ah, now I understand what you’re referring to. As for how to solve it, that’s…a bit complicated.
For example, I can see that you’re upscaling Citra’s textures by 10x. This is incredibly excessive and will actually make those lines look bigger than they actually are. You should set that down to something sane like 2-4x (you won’t see much visual fidelity improvements beyond that point anyways). You’re also using a texture filter, try turning that off first. Since those can often cause weird graphical hiccups.
Furthermore, you appear to have Dump Textures enabled for some reason? This is only useful for creating texture packs. There’s no point in having it activated during normal gameplay, and may actually cause graphical glitching. You should also remove all the textures it’s dumped so far by going to File>Open Citra Folder
, and then deleting the dump
folder.
Even with all this, those lines will still be there, though less noticeable. That’s just because of how the game renders things.
What you can perhaps still do is use a cheat code to remove the black outlines around the pokemon and characters. You don’t appear to have a game update installed, so you’ll need to use a 1.0 cheat code for that. Which should be this one:
[No Outlines v1.0]
0042E2B8 E320F000
While the game is running, go to Emulation>Cheats
. Enter the code part in the code box, and the name in the name box. Save the cheat code and activate it. That should make it look better if you dislike outlines.
