and after I upload it (wherever that is), what do I do?, I really need help, the problem
is only with those 2 games for now, I really need help, the more specific, better

thank you so much for reading

In order for us to provide better support, we need to see the log generated by Citra. This guide will walk you through how you can obtain the log file: How to Upload the Log File.

I need it to be MORE specific

Drag citra_log to the reply window. If it says it is too big, then you can zip it then upload to like Google Drive then link it here. Make sure you give public access.

I’ve try that “pastebin” thing, and it’s “pasted” but I don’t know what to do now…

this is the URL

It looks like you accidentally reopened Citra before uploading the log. The log gets cleared every time you open Citra. Have the log folder open in the background first before closing Citra then immediately upload a new log.

so, i opened, again, select the game, let it crashed, and before close ir, upload the new log?

this is the problem that i have with both game, Miku and Kirby, to be more specific myself too

After it crashes and Citra gets closed, immediately upload the new log before you start Citra again, literally.

i doesnt’t close by itself unless i press the abort button

Click on it. As long Citra closes, the information will be saved in the log.

it’s uploaded again:

I’m reuploading it here so the bot can scan it:

citra_log.txt (27.3 KB)

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.
  • System configuration block 0x170000 appears to be corrupted. Please attempt the steps outlined in our FAQ

There you go

If you cannot find config block in the link, here is the part from the FAQ:

which means deleting this file:

Another thing, since you have i7-7700HQ which typically is paired with a discrete GPU like Nvidia, you will need to open Nvidia Control Panel and set preferred GPU to Nvidia. While you are there, set Power management mode to Prefer maximum performance.

If you also have GeForce Experience installed, turn off Battery Boost:

Also do this:

  1. Open Citra then go to File->Open Citra Folder
  2. Open shaders folder then delete the opengl folder if it is there.
  3. Emulation->Configure... then click on Graphics on the left
  4. Click on the Advanced tab and turn on Accurate Multiplication

The Disk Shader Cache currently has a bug when Accurate Multiplication is turned off causing it to load all shaders slowly from zero every time you start the game and makes the precompiled cache extrememly large + the RAM usage skyrockets until you crash.

than you so much!!! it worked!!!

it worked with kirby planet robobot, so i have to do the same with hatsune miku?, because it didn’t work with hatsune miku project mirai dx

Upload a new log where you start the other game. You can do what I did, simply drag the file where you type your reply.

even with the accurate multipications on
