Issue:
I can’t get my multiplayer token.

System Information

  • Operating System: Windows 10
  • CPU: i9 9900k
  • GPU: RTX 2060
  • Citra Version (found in title bar): Lastest Version
  • Game: Pokemon Ultrasun

Hi, we’ve had some issues with the server recently, but it should be resolved now. If you still can’t access the token, try making a small edit to your user profile (doesn’t matter what kind of edit). That will update the token information server side and generate a new token for you. You should be able to retrieve your token afterwards.

I’m having this problem now. I tried changing a thing but still zilch.

I’ve edited your name manually, which should trigger the backend to assign a new token for you. Please try again.
