I can't join multiplayer rooms with my friends :C

Issue:
A friend and I just got into Citra and we just can’t play multiplayer, once we try to join the room it keeps showing this message. (the image I attached to this topic)

What should we do?

Who is hosting the Citra room? That person needs to double check that the ports are open in their Router. If they are unable to do that, you can all try like Hamachi or ZeroTier then host unlisted and join by Direct Connect to Room where you insert the IP of the host that has been given by like Hamachi.
