Issue:
When I’m opening pokemon Y, the screen is black, I have around 50% speed and its going down to 0%, then nothing happens. If I press save, restart or try to close citra, citra crashes. But when I’m opening pokemon Omega Ruby, everything is ok.

Have you installed a game update for the game? If yes, try remove it by right clicking on the game in Citra -> Open Update Data Location then go back to the 0004000e folder ( you can click on the address bar or go up two levels. Then delete 00055e00 folder (double check that you are in the 0004000e folder and not 00040000 because 00040000 contains your save!). Restart Citra after you have done that.
If that doesn’t fix it then your rom is corrupted and needs a redump, if you want the update too then redump it as well using the guides below. Have at least 4GB free space on your Nintendo 3DS’s SD card:
