I can't play Super Mario Maker on Citra Emulator

Issue:
I can’t play Super Mario Maker on Citra Emulator why Nintendo needs things and i call 911 to solve the problem
nintendo says message:
No Mii was found You can create a new Mil in Mil Maker. Press the HOME Button to return to the HOME Menu

• GPU: AMD RADEON GRAPHICS
• Citra Version (found in title bar): Citra 2023

Dump Mii maker, and make a Mii. Or download system files through Citra’s system settings and then launch the downloaded Mii maker to do the same.
