I can't re-install Citra

So, I tried re-installing Citra for windows and the issue that I’m having is that when it asks me to choose a file it states, “The directory you selected already exists and already contains an installation.” Do I delete the previous Citra file? If so, I can’t find the file in my files.

Type %localappdata% into your windows search bar and open the folder when it shows up. Delete the Citra folder found here and then try to install Citra again.
