I can't start "citra-qt.exe"

Citra-qt.exe can no longer be started. Neither canary nor nightly can be started either. When you click it, you just see a blue circle. Nothing happens.
About a month ago, I was able to start it.
Is it because of the new version?

There is no log because it can not be started in the first place

Do you have Windows 10 1909 build? Open winver to check, you can search for it near Start.

If you do have 1909, open Windows Update and click search for updates. Hopefully you can update to 2004 or 20H2.
