You have 2 solutions:

  1. Try to switch Output Engine from auto to sdl2 (cubeb don’t work)

  2. Another solution is to start the game, open the configurations window and immediately press OK to close it but you have to do this each time you run a game so i recommande to use the first

(I have the same issue since Citra Nightly #799)
