I Dont Know how to or if i even can dump a Multicart or games in it

*So i’m completely new and i have no idea how to dump normal games either nor do i know the answer or how to find the answer of like operating system cpu gpu citra version or diagnostic log. So i have a multicart and i have no idea if i can dump it or not and even if i can i dont know how, like step by step i just get confused. if cant with my multicart i want to do my normal cartridge and downloaded games but the sd card in my 3ds right now is a 4gb . whats my move from here?

What is a multicart? If you are talking about these shady flashcards preloaded with a bunch of games, those are illegal. Dumping and running the games from such a cart is not supported by Citra.
