I get a weird graphic bug for the textures (?) in Pokémon Ultra Moon

Issue:
I got this issue with the textures on everything in the game starting from the professor calling you onward.

I never had any problems like this with any other game on Citra, including the [non Ultra] Pkmn Moon.

You ought to turn this off in the graphics settings in Citra and delete the dump folder which you can access by File -> Open Citra Folder.
