I have a problem with the citra app

The application has a problem with the control, it is not recognizing the joystick and triggers and directional buttons C and D. I was using the xbox one s controller. Note: in other apps it is working normally

Did you map your controller in Citra’s controls settings (Emulation>Configure>Controls)?

yes but in the part of the analogues and triggers ZL and ZR. It is C-stick and d-pad. is not detected
