I need help with a screen glitch

Issue:
So I opened the emulator and I went to play pokemon X a glitch appeared after I hit start at the start menu. it takes up about a third of the top screen part as shown in the picture.
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled to see if that would help but it did not. it appears in both Nightly and Canary

System Information

  • Operating System: windows 11
  • CPU: 1.00GHz 1.20 GHz
  • GPU: (can’t find)
  • Citra Version (found in title bar): Both citra nightly and Canary
  • Game: all pokemon games: Alpha sapphire, X, Y, Moon and Ultra moon

Follow the bot’s link to upload a log file, we can’t help you without one as we need to know your computer specs & Citra settings.

This is unfortunately unhelpful, an example that would help here would be like i5-1035G1. It will say in the log file what CPU you have.

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • You are running out of date drivers for your GPU. You need to install the most recent driver for your graphics card from Intel’s website. Support for Intel® Graphics
  • Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.
  • Please enable the Vsync option if you are experiencing screen tearing.

Your drivers are out of date.
