I need help with Yuzu!

I am new to Yuzu and have tried contacting support three times. I installed the program correctly and have installed one game so far. However, after a few seconds of running, the program simply closes and four messages appear saying that execution codes are missing. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the program, but without success. What should I do?
