I had this problem to, but with many trials and errors I made it to work, the save file will work again.
Copy directly from Switch all the latest DLC’s and Update from where are installed, or you must have the Game with all the latest DLC’s and Update implemented and then extract them, delete your old install’s and then reinstall them on Yuzu.

It is the DLC’s problem not the save, and I can’t fix the save that is god and works, you need the DLC’s from where I said in my last Reply.
And to be save Backup the save.

i reinstall the dls and that happend from zero so no idea what else to do
