My citra is not working installing the cia file what’s the problem.

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.
- You are running out of date drivers for your GPU. You need to install the most recent driver for your graphics card from Intel’s website. Support for Intel® Graphics
As you have a history of piracy, please upload a photo of your 3DS in GM9 whilst selecting your game. That would be enough evidence for us to assume that you didn’t pirate it. Until then, no support will be given.
