Ie go galaxy issues

When I try to open the IE Go Galaxy Patched in Spanish it doesn’t open for an error, I think that the problem is here:

[ 227.195188] Service.ERR core/hle/service/err_f.cpp:ThrowFatalError:171: Fatal error type: Generic
