In order for us to provide better support, we need to see the log generated by Citra. This guide will walk you through how you can obtain the log file: How to Upload the Log File.

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.

It seems you accidentally reopened Citra before uploading the log. The log gets cleared every time you open Citra. Have the log folder open in the background and upload a log after you have tried to start the game and closed Citra. Remember not to reopen before uploading a new log here.

Hm, I guess you will first need to turn off Hardware Renderer in the Advanced graphics tab in Citra configuration.

(trying to see what GPU & driver version Citra is using on your computer).

Still no. As I said I think is for my grafic card but can I do something?

Hm, strange. Ok, can you open dxdiag (do a Windows search) then screenshot the System tab and Display tab(s)?

I changed from nightly to canary but still the same ill send the screenshots

They are in Spanish but maybe I can help

I’m afraid I have to… :frowning: sorry, this is a laptop right? Since it says Mobile here:

Integrated GPUs that supports OpenGL 3.3 on Windows on Intel CPUs were available starting from 2012-2013 with the Core i3, i5, i7 3000 series :frowning: T4200 is from 2009 so it cannot.

ok… thanks very much although
I may try in another pc
