Inazuma Eleven 3 Sound Emulation is stuttering extremely. Tested on my old spec and new spec, both ran at 100 speed, with HLE, but somehow most voice lines/cutscenes were really choppy in terms of audio. The Japanese port on a regular DS Emu (Drastic or DeSumeME) doesn’t have any issues, and the sequels on 3DS (Go/Chrono Stone) have all gotten much better performances with little to no lag in audio or gameplay.
