Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.

Teh updates are as available on Citra as they are on your 3ds. Please follow this guide to dump your update for installation with citra. https://citra-emu.org/wiki/dumping-updates-and-dlcs/
